"I recently contacted Joel from Illinois Sewer & Drain Inc. for changing my shut off valve. My service was urgent because I had to install new washer from Costco. One think I especially liked about his service is getting good estimate even before he came to my house. He asked me to share photos of the place/valve which quickly helped him to estimate time & cost. This also helped him to understand the issue and gave me the appointment within 2 hours. He arrived on time and was very professional. Area was left very clean after the service. "Darrin and his team helped us during an emergency stoppage on a Friday evening. He then scoped our drain and identified the issue of a broken main line for us and explained our options. He gave us a quote on-site and was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. After some due diligence, other companies did not impress us and we called Darrin and his team back up to fix the issue, even the person handling the phones was very polite. They were able to come same day to discuss the process in-person with us and got us on the schedule quickly. The work was completed in a day and the whole team was very professional and took the time to answer any and all questions we had about the work. Work came with a great warranty and was a fair price.
